Revaluation 2026 – Draft Value Publication

Scottish Assessors published draft values on Sunday 30 November 2025 in advance of the revaluation on 01 April 2026.

Draft Valuation Notices have also been issued.

Any value changes between now and 01 April 2026 will also be published at www.saa.gov.uk .
